Our Expertise
Mike Benaglio
CVA, CDFA, CCP, MAFF, PI
As a certified valuation expert and credentialed financial professional, Mike has valued or offered characterization & tracing reports for more than 4,000 companies
Mike’s professional passion is to present an opinion of value for your company that will be the same, regardless of any outside influences or shadow advisors. Mike’s integrity is his greatest asset; in this industry, it is what has led The Benaglio Group to be often and regularly court-appointed by Texas courts.
As a first-generation Italian-American on his dad’s side, Mike’s favorite place to be is in his outdoor kitchen, cooking for friends and famiglia. He and his wife of 42 years, Debbie, believe in the power of hospitality for strong relationships and lasting memories!
Race Benaglio
As a third-generation business broker and second-generation appraiser, it seems Race was born with an entrepreneurial spirit; Race appreciates the opportunity to work alongside and learn from other business owners. After earning his philosophy degree from Pepperdine University in Malibu, Race has worked full time with The Benaglio Group for more than 12 years.
Race specializes in industry research and data compilation for myriad analysis situations, including characterization and tracing. His experience in technology brings essential excellence and efficiency to the Benaglio Group, as those of his generation seem to easily do.
Personally, Race and his wife, Caitlin, spend most of their free time with their son Bodhi, their two chihuahuas, Mouse and Beans, and their two heelers, Moon and Cinnamon.
Kassi Benaglio
Kassi brings that component to The Benaglio Group that only education and years of experience across multiple disciplines can build to help keep us on time, organized and communicating efficiently with our clients.
Married and busy with family life, Kassi oversees athletic, dance, academic, and church events; they all benefit from her optimism and attention to detail. As a lifelong lover of learning, she has added to her bachelor degree in business administration a graduate certificate in non-profit management, a QuickBooks Online pro-advisor certification, and a certificate in basic accounting. She has worked in higher-education fundraising and has experience in small business ownership and management. Kassi is a certified Pilates instructor and has taught in several studios in the Austin area over the last 4 years.
Kassi is the traffic director for our office. She keeps us aware of deadlines, schedules, hearings, and communications, assuring that our scope of work is achieved on time and with accuracy. All of this is in addition to her contributions towards information gathering & processing essential financial data.
