Relevant Experience As a third-generation entrepreneur, Mr. Benaglio has a lifetime of experience as an owner/operator in several industries. He was the founder and President of Benaglio’s restaurants in West Texas, for eight years. Having sold for profit in 1989, he joined a wholesale distribution company, serving the convenience store industry. He developed sales and expansion into five Southeastern states before negotiating a merger with a large grocery co-op. He then concurrently developed a Commercial Playground Construction company and began a career in business appraisal and mergers/& acquisitions. He was the Austin chapter president and state board member of the Texas Association of Business Brokers in 1993-1994. He has valued, owned and consulted with over 4,000 companies in dozens of industries. He has performed characterization analysis and tracing assignments. All of Mr. Benaglio’s reports comply with USPAP, National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts, American Society of Appraisers, Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts, Private Investigations division of the Texas Dept. of Public Safety standards and code of ethics.
