SpaceX Rocket Hits Barge, Elon Musk says, but 'too hard for survival'

Elon Musk’s SpaceX successfully launched a spacecraft from Cape Canaveral, Fla., on Tuesday, that would resupply the International Space Station, but once again it was unable to land the rocket booster on a massive platform floating in the Atlantic Ocean.

In a tweet, Musk said that the rocket landed on the barge but that it was "too hard for survival." In a short video released by Musk on Tuesday night, the booster can be seen approaching the barge as if on target, but then titling just before landing, as if set off course by a gust of wind.
